Celebrating with Sara

Monday was my little sister Sara's 20th birthday, so yesterday (yes, a day late,) we went to party with her. We went to my parent's house and helped them make dinner, so when Sara came home from work, we could sit down and eat. The kids were highly entertaining, and my dad got the giggles several times.

Lee helped stir up the "Potion"--homemade rootbeer. Annalisa crawled around on her tippy-toes and practiced her standing. She also randomly lets out little happy squeals, which was particularly funny.

When Grandma caught Lee running to a corner to do his business, and rapidly escorted him to the bathroom, he started yelling at the top of his lungs, "No! It's Alright! It's Alright!"

Anna sat in her highchair happily for over an hour, munching her graham crackers, potatoes, carrots and (shh) a tiny little bit of chocolate cake, which mostly wound up in her hair.

Lee also loves singing Happy Birthday. As soon as the song is over he always blows out a huge breath of air. I think we'll be ready in less than two weeks when it is finally his turn.

Happy Birthday, Sara! We love you.

Lee is hilarious - but we did get his business done in the right place that time. One of these days he'll figure it out.

I miss you all so much. Happy Birthday Sarah. Alisa's was Friday and she had to work and Sheila and Jordan suprised her at 10:00 p.m. It made her day.
